Our Story

Born from a love of good craft and even better company

Hunga Dunga Brewing Company started with a simple idea: what if a brewpub felt like coming home? In 2018, we opened our doors on North Line Street with a fermentation tank, a flour-dusted counter, and a commitment to making every guest feel like a regular.

Every beer we brew tells a story of the Palouse — the same wheat fields that inspired our sour ale, the same clear waters that flow through our lagers. And our bakery? It's where the morning smell of sourdough meets the evening hum of a busy taproom.

From the Bakery

Bread baked before the first pint

While the beer ferments, our bakers are already at work. Every morning at 5 AM, our ovens fire up with sourdough, croissants, and seasonal pastries made from locally milled flour.

Morning Sourdough

72-hour fermented loaf with a crackling crust and pillowy interior. Available daily while supplies last.

Butter Croissants

Laminated by hand, baked golden. Pair one with our house-made coffee for the perfect morning.

Seasonal Tarts

Fruit tarts that change with the harvest. Think raspberry in summer, pear in fall, citrus in winter.
